Staff were great, and were more than happy to take our bags in prior to checking in to our room as we were going to an early event. Rooms clean and comfortable and well priced for a midweek stay in Manchester. Would definitely stay again.

Average Hotel
The bed was average but the pillows were hard and uncomfortable. The TV remote failed so that the TV stayed on all night. We couldnt switch it off as there were no manual buttons on the TV. The ensuite is a plastic box dropped into the room, although the shower was good and clean. The staff on reception were friendly and helpful. Overall though it was a very average overnight stay.
