The hotel itself was very good and staff were excellent. Be warned, there is no car park! Parking is about 300m away and is a light rail public car park. Only about £6.50 overnight but a bit inconvenient. No problems if you’re going by cab or public transport.

This property is lovely. Conveniently located near Manchester Central, it is extremely affordable but feels luxurious. Nicole checked us in and was as sweet as pie. She expertly let us know about all the amenities of the hotel. We took advantage of their delicious breakfast, I loved the pastries and sausage, my partner loved the sunny-side-up eggs. We also used the room service, I loved the steak sandwich and she loved the pizza. The rose lemonade is a must try! When we traveled 8 hours back home, we realized we left our bag at the hotel. Neil took care of us and made sure our bag got back safe and sound, he’s my absolute hero! 10/10 highly recommend.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel , and it was a delightful experience from start to finish. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the lovely manager, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable by giving us a complimentary upgrade. The hotel's location is ideal, offering easy access to local attractions and amenities. The room was spotless, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable.
