"Everything was exceptional from booking the room and the welcome from the helpful staff. The only one issue is that there is no free parking and this has to be pre booked at £15 a night. And the shuttle bus does not take you back to your carpark even in wet weather. We would definitely stay there again we are visiting Co-op Live for another concert it’s so convenient, less than 5 minutes walk."

"Consistently good and as expected in the Centre of Manchester. The rooms were well kept and I enjoyed my time here. The staff were helpful in providing assistance when required, in addition to this, the restaurant area is very calming indeed. The Hotel also provides daily quality national newspapers, which is appreciated. Five stars indeed and recommended to you."

"The hotel is very nice in a very good location a couple of block from the Town Hall. There are several parking lots nearby. The room was very nice but the lighting was not very bright. Light in the bathroom was not good for shaving or, I imagine, for applying makeup. The breakfast was good. The hotel is on a major street and the traffic noise is pretty loud most of the time."
