"The receptionist, Elise, went above and beyond to accommodate our needs! The view from our balcony/room was beyond breathtaking. We got complimentary breakfasts but unfortunately the restaurant wasn't open for dinner. The amenities were great otherwise. The staff was attentive. This was a once in a lifetime trip for us and it was exceptional. Anyone staying in St Thomas should try to book a stay at the Mafolie Hotel."

"Location is good. Close to airport and can walk to town / main street reasonably. Some rooms have ocean view. Rooms in the rear do not have pleasant views. Hotel is older, so there are imperfections but it is clean and maintained."

"The room was very clean. The managers are attentive & go beyond the norm to meet guests' needs. Breakfast included, but not the best quality, with some things running out & even spoiled: needs closer monitoring by staff."

"Unfortunately, the pool was under construction during our stay and unusable, but we didn't allow that to stop us. The beach was quite and relaxing, thus Westin has a family vibe and good for children. The staff was friendly. I do think they can do better at advertising the water and children's activities. The rooms were excellent and resturants too. Ferry service and crew were great too. Great stay for a family of 5!"
