Good Location

The location of the hotel was great. The bus schedule had us arrive at 7 am and the hotel was kind enough to give us early checkin as the room was available.

Best Hotel and bang for your dollar BY FAR!!!

Great hotel. Very well spoken in English. Our group from California USA 🇺🇸 & Switzerland Elizabeth G. LOVE Mandalay, amazing breakfast buffet, great pool, amazing balconies & safe to walk and go anywhere from there using there 🚲 bikes & Moto’s 🏍

Super nice hotel... perfect lokation, close to many things. Almost no noice from the street, wich is very appreciated. very clean, exept from under the bed, looked like it haven been cleaned there for a month. The staff is super helpfull !!! And serviceminded. Breakfast was very good ! I would stay there again.

A great disappointment

Tje pictures of this hotel are at least 10 years old, rooms are dated and dirty (large stains on rug, spots on bedding). I was under the impression I rented the room in the picture when I chose "superior room", however that room is executive. Wifi did not work most of the time, only about 2 hours in middle of day. the lobby is under construction, this no a/c or light there (a fan was added after I asked for it). I did not want to leave a bad review without giving the hotel a chance to remedy the problems and the owner's son talked to me... I was offered a fruit basket but none of my concerns were resolved. The one positive of this hotel are the free bicycles. I would never come here again and advise others to avoid Smart Hotel.
