Excellent stay!

I really enjoyed my stay at Harolds. It’s a new hotel in a very good location in Mandaue City just across a Parkmall and beside a strip mall. What stood out the most during my stay was the courteous and friendly staff which was the best I’ve encountered during my entire vacation in the Philippines.

The hotel is located near a shopping mall, so it is convenient for shopping. The facilities are very clean, but the shower temperature was not adjustable, so it was lukewarm like water. We stayed with four people, and they provided two bath towels and two wash sets for eco. Transportation is convenient. I prepared everything in advance, so I didn't feel any inconvenience, so the overall rating is reasonable and good. Thank you.

The staff were friendly. The family room that we stayed in for three nights on the third floor was extremely noisy from 9pm until 3-4 am. It sounded like there was a nightclub close by. We did not have a restful sleep. I should have asked for another room on the second night.
