Frukosten var lika klassiskt kontinental som hotellet. Begränsat utbud av det bröd och pålägg. Massor av småförpackningar med sylter mm. Bra juicer och gott kaffe. Vänlig personal. "Nobody spoke english. The property was deceptively far from cruise terminal. It was dirty. The hinges on windows and doors were broken so they would hang open permanently. The taxis when able to get them were like 100 Euro to get where you needed to be."

"Not in walking distance to Ravenna. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room. When we arrived we were told the restaurant had no spots left for dinner and we were not offered any alternatives The hotel purports to be environmentally friendly but the room only had plastic drinking cups. Very disappointing. Breakfast was delicious, plentiful and complimentary cafe latte. Despite the delicious breakfast I would NOT recommend this hotel"
