"My husband and I love this hotel! We would definitely book again! Staff is very very helpful and friendly. We had to extend our stay due to a storm and because the night lights festival was rescheduled to the next day and the hotel was kind enough to help us. We also checked out at 2am because we had to get a bus back home but unfortunately the bus company cancelled and we had no where else to go and the hotel was kind enough to give us back the same room we had. The breakfast was very delicious...

"Stayed in the same room a couple years ago. since then it had been remodeled. Big improvement. Only thing was the TV was constantly turning on and off every time the refrigerator kicked on and off. Also only half the screen was usable. Had small picture all the time. Personally I think there is an electrical issue between the 2. My main complaint is that the room was bug infested. first time they came in and mopped the floor. Did not help. I used my own personal body spray which helped. Whatever...

"Generally speaking, the property was clean well run, and the breakfast was decent. However, in my room were the problems there’s barely any water pressure in the sink and the tub which was recently renovated or replaced was very slick. I fell getting out of the tub and hit my back on the tub lip. Thankfully, I was not seriously injured. I reported this to the front desk and they made an incident report, but never gave me a copy of it. They then offered me a plastic mat to stand on in the tub,...

"This property has declined since we last stayed June 2024. The door to room, 414, took full body weight to open. The kitchen. Utensils are worn our. The sheets and bedding should be replaced. We were there six nights and the room was cleaned and bed made only once. The breakfasts, which were delicious last stay were really not good. The paper products are the LTJG West quality. We were very disappointed."

"The property and my room was clean. My kids enjoyed the indoor pool it was clean but water temp was freezing. Would have enjoyed if the pool was open til 11 or midnight. There was a good variety of breakfast for the Continental breakfast. One thing that was an inconvenience the dryer only took quarters it would be easier if there was an additional method to pay for ut we were there for a tournament and my son's shorts for his uniform got wet couldn't dry them so next morning had to wear vry...
