"Unacceptable the whole premises needs an up grade and is stuck in the past I' was born and bred in Tokoroa and have been away for 20+ years, only came back for a tangi was so disappointing to see the Mayfair motel so run down, it used to be a beautiful motel back in the days what's happened ??? Definitely ..."

"No issue with the property itself, they are renovating so good things to come I am sure. The only issue I had was the shower was not hot enough. It was a cold morning in Putaruru, and I really wanted a nice steaming hot shower, but sadly it just wasn't hot enough."
