"Apartment itself was fine, wasn't the cleanest. However, the middle men agents that let this apartment are liars. Your emails via Expedia will go ignored, as will the messages and emails sent directly to dinbnb (despite stating they are a 24hr service!) - the customer service is non existent. The lights in the hallway within the building leading to the apartment did not work, which was extremely unsafe due to how dark it was- this was not fixed during the stay. "Convenient to cruise terminal . Not as pictured. Bed was sofa bed. Quite well equiped and lots of eating places and grocers around. From cruise terminal was uphill if someone has lots of luggage."

"Leiligheten hadde alt vi hadde behov for, men bratt trapp opp til 4. etg (der andre beboere satt ut tomgods og søppel) og litt dårlig renhold (mye støv under møbler mv) trakk litt ned. Positivt overrasket over hvor lite lyd vi hørte opp til 4. etg., selv om vi bodde midt i sentrum m/serveringssteder osv."

"While bed didn’t have enough cushion and the sounds from upper floor sometimes noisy, it’s reasonable because the price is cheaper than others, location is close to Brigen, and I could use kitchen, microwave and fridge to avoid too much expensive restaurants. One point we should be careful is actual room we stay might be different from picture and address you see in expedia. The address will be communicated by owner. "

"Bergen is the most beautiful city we have seen in our travels. The shops and restaurants go in many fascinating directions to explore. The food is excellent, especially at Egon's next door to the hotel. Hakon's Hall is majestic and feels like it's taking you back in time 750 years. The rail car to the mountain top has great views and beautiful forest hikes. We saw the Troll museum in Tromso, and the one in Bergen is also very fun to explore. The runes and artifacts in the Bryggens museum are fascinating. All walkable from the hotel! Also, the hotel has breakfast and dinner included which was nice not to 'eat out' every night. Great view of the city from our room too."
