"We were kicked out of the hotel in the middle of a tournament due to being out of power. No backup generator or anything. We had nowhere to go. They did not help find other accommodations. We had to go home and miss the last day of the tournament, absolute worst outcome you can expect."

"I stayed 3 nights. I had to calm and request wash clothes for the bathroom as there were none in the room at time of arrival. The next morning I left around 10:00 am and came back late and found my room hadn’t been cleaned/made up, not a huge deal but I had to request coffee for the next morning. The next day I again had to request coffee as it had not been restocked and from what I remember I only had my room visited by the made once during my stay and I did not put the “enjoying the room”...

"The staff was very nice, accommodating. Tv didn’t work we had to call the desk, bugs not flies , the room had a bad smell Very loud fan- could not sleep the first night. We found the noise it was above the door way to the bedroom- fan was filthy. They are adding a whole side of rooms- they need to take care of the main building"
