I stayed years ago, excellent conditions and staff. After COVID, the property is divided between two companies and obvious the difference between the two in cleanliness and service. The room was extremely dirty however, the staff made sure the room was up to par. DragonLink shares the building with an obvious level of professionalism and cleanliness. My overall stay was a good stay.

WORST NIGHT EVER

The place is totally disgusting PLUS the unused condom found inside the cabinet, i just forgot to take a photo. Soiled beddings and linens. Clogged toilet. ALL THE WORST Name it, they have it!

Oyo. Water heater not working, and no slippers provided. Asking assistance from their staff was super terrible: took how many times to request, so I have to go down myself multiple times to look for them, and still no solution for defective water heater, and slipper. Response: just buy from 7-11 for the slipper, and the water heater is really defective there because it exploded, no one even checked it during my 2-day stay despite reports.

the place was very clean,,,,,,and also no cockroaches,,,,which most several have in Makati,,,,,,there internet didn't work at all,,,they say they would fix but never did,,,,,stayed there 6 days they never cleaned room once,,,,had to take my own trash out,,,,had to ask for clean towels many times...
