An absolutely beautiful hotel, in a great location. Fantastic staff always wanting to help you out.
The lounge service is on the slower side, mainly if you order food, but that's a minor complaint, as you will enjoy the ambiance and the view (even if some of the view is seeing construction of the new (is)land being created).
A gorgeous pool, and conveniently connected to the huge Mall of Asia.

For once a hotel where the price matches what it offers. Great staff ( JR front desk) who actually like having you visit. Rooms were stunning and breakfast was so extravagant. We have been traveling for 7 weeks and this was the best hotel experience

Very well maintained luxury hotel. Beautiful pool and well equipped gym. Land reclamation messes up the view now, but the hotel itself is excellent. MOA is connected by a bridge during mall hours.

Our stay at Conrad Manila was nothing short of amazing truly the best example of Filipino hospitality! 🇵🇭✨
From the moment we arrived, the customer service was on another level. Everyone from the guests services were so helpful, every staff we pass by says hi with a smile on their faces. They went above and beyond by surprising us with complimentary sweets to celebrate our son’s first time in the Philippines, plus the cutest carabao stuffed toy 🐃such a thoughtful and unforgettable touch!
Breakfast was a highlight too, with a wonderful showcase of Filipino dishes that made the experience even more special. And the location? Perfect! The easy access to nearby malls made everything so convenient.

For the most part, we had a 4.5 star experience which would be a five star at a lot of other hotels. We had spent a few days at the Marina Bay Sands prior to staying at the Conrad so the experiences at the two were great but the MBS would be at least a 6 star rating in most categories.
What the Conrad has that MBS lacked was a staff that always greeted you, from the front desk staff to the house cleaners. That really makes you feel welcomed and appreciated.
The Conrad is also a great looking hotel in its own right. The interior design feels special when moving through the different spaces; lobby to the bar/lounge or through the main hall that takes you to the MOA entrances. Its location along the bayfront also gave us a beautiful view especially at sunset.
