This hotel has one of the best staffing! They cater to your needs promptly. The rooms are spacious and new and clean. I love their rooftop swimming pool. Parking is free and your visitors can also park with ticket validation. Their breakfast buffet is nice too. Lastly, they are close to the bars and restaurants.

Excellent Customer Service

It wasn’t the best start to our stay as we had to move rooms after unpacking due to a leaking bathtub. Although we were relocated to a smaller room than the executive one we originally booked, the replacement was newer. What really stood out was the service. The staff were consistently warm, accommodating, and attentive. Their effort made the experience much better and is definitely something the hotel should be proud of.

Always I can relax with nice hospitality, good staffs. Breakfast had many variation and taste was also good. I hope gym return to previous situation, machines are same but room is getting small and not so light, no windows.
