The staff was amazing...warm and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent with so many choices from fresh coconut, freshly squeezed power drinks and international foods. The hotel is showing its age from the run down carpets and towels now grayish...not white nor fluffy. Its still a great hotel.

Grand Westside Manila Bay
Good service, great staff with airport shuttle service. Room a bit smaller compared to other hotels in the area. We stayed 6 nights and we liked it. We're returning March 11-25z
