Es un hotel con una ubicación inmejorable
Bien en general, de muy fácil acceso, ya que está a un costado de la hermosa catedral! no tiene ascensor, nos quedamos en una habitación que daba a la calle y por tal motivo no es tan silenciosa, la cama muy pequeña sólo matrimonial, el baño pequeño pero cumple con su funcion, es un hotel con mueblería ya viejita y desgastada pero funcionales, el desayuno normal. En general bien lo recomiendo para una o 2 noches máximo.

Excelente ubicación a un muy buen precio
Es un hotel que se encuentra muy bien ubicado, al lado de la catedral y la plaza Bolivar, a 8 cuadras de Chipre y 8 cuadras al cc los fundadores... el servicio es my bueno, las personas son atentas y amables, sin duda volveria a hospedarme alli!

Suelo viajar a Manizales y nunca me he arrepentido de elegir este hotel; me gusta la calidez del personal, el ambiente y su ubicación, prefiero el Centro a los lugares aledaños.

Mejorar calidad del servicio
Solo llegamos a dormir pues la habitación es incomoda y el hotel no tiene TV en la sala de star o hall del hotel. Todo el tiempo la pasamos por fuera. El olor de los alimentos que cocinan llegan a los pasillos del hotel

No había luz en la zona en horas de la noche y el hotel no cuenta con planta o una persona a la entrada con lamparas que de seguridad a los huéspedes al llegar al hotel.

Es un hotel que esta ubicado en el centro de la ciudad,es un buen punto de ubicacion,cerca a la catedral,puedes salir a caminar y recorrer el centro de la ciudad,el servicio es muy bueno,el personal que labora en el hotel es muy amable.

Estuve en el Bolivar Plaza y me pareció un hotel sencillo pero que cumple con las expectativas. Está bien ubicado y a un buen precio. El servicio estuvo muy bien, muy amables en todo momento.
