"도착 무더운 첫날, 에어컨이 동작하지 않아 애를 먹었습니다. 알고보니, 벽에있는 콘트롤러를 함께 작동해야 되는 것이었는데..제대로 안내가 되지 않아 전화를 걸어 신고를 하고서야 문제가 해결되었습니다. 다음은 TV 리모콘의 건전지가 다 닳아서 작동이 되지 않아 다음 날, 조치 받았습니다. 또한 방에 설치되어있는 와이파이가 제대로 작동하지 않아, 컴퓨터를 개인 스마트폰 핫스팟으로 해결하였고, 다음날 신고를 해서 오후 늦게 설치기사가 나와 임시로 개 통하였습니다. 총체적으로, 손님이 바뀔 때, 기존 시설에 대한 점검을 하고, 새로운 손님을 받아야 하는데, 그런 부분에서 제대로 관리가 되지 않습니다. 스위스 마을의 랜드마크인 시계탑의 시계가 시간이 맞지 않은 채 방치되어 있고, 각 동의 1층의 상점 영업이 전혀 이루어지지 않는 것으로 보아, 코로나의 후유증이기도 하겠으나, 단지 자체가 관리가 되지 않고 죽어가고 있는 듯 합니다. 묵지는 마시고 사진이나 몇 장 찍는 것으로 방문하시기 바랍니다."
