"This was by far the best hotel we stayed at during our trip, even better than other five‑star properties like the Taj. What stood out most were the spotless rooms, the attentive and genuinely caring staff, and the breathtaking views from both our room and the terrace.
We loved the amenities as well: the beautiful swimming pool, excellent breakfast, lunch, and dinner options, and the hotel’s easy access to all the fun things to do in Munnar.
We were traveling with our one‑year‑old, and the staff went above and beyond helping us sanitize bottles multiple times a day, keeping the room clean, and making sure we were always comfortable.
We stayed for two days and had an incredible experience. Highly recommended.
