"What an unforgettable stay! From the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely seamless. The airport shuttle was already waiting for us outside and was super easy to find, which made travelling with a baby so much less stressful. When we arrived at the resort, we were welcomed by such a warm and friendly team who made us feel looked after straight away. Our room already had a cot set up for our baby, which was such a thoughtful touch and honestly meant a lot to us as parents. The views from our room were simply stunning. Waking up to that every morning felt unreal. The breakfast and buffet dinners were absolutely delicious, with so many great options every day. The evening shows were also incredible, so much fun and such a great atmosphere every night. We chose this resort to celebrate my birthday, my husband’s birthday, and Mother’s Day week, and it truly exceeded all of our expectations. Thank you for making these memories so special. Samoa Beach Resort

"Don’t read in to the negativity! It’s a picturesque location, with nice comfortable rooms and great aircon! The staff are lovely, the cocktails are good and the food offering is great (for Samoa). To save you the search, this hotel is no longer the Sheraton Samoa Beach resort. It changed hands in Dec 2025. But don’t let that deter you. We stayed at 3 separate hotels between the two main islands (including the actual Sheraton) and this was easily our favourite. The only thing I will say is it could use a little more TLC around the grounds for minor things like gardens, but they seemed to be working on this while we were there. Please taper your expectations for these types of destinations! Small island nations have may have big hearts, but they don’t have big budgets. Don’t expect to find a fancy Bali resort here! All in all, we loved our stay! Thanks team"

"First time in Savaii and I qas skeptical of what to expect. I can genuinely say that from immediately pulling up to being greeted by a refreshing drink to the easy check-in process my expectations were high. It was truly met by the beautiful room and friendly staff. The king room was so spacious with 2 extra twin beds in a lower sitting area made it feel seperated but together. "

"My family and I throughly enjoyed our 4 night stay. Staff were friendly and made us feel welcome. Put on a cultural show and invited us to a traditional Samoan cook up (Umu). The beach is pristine with fantastic snorkeling right out the front. Location is semi isolated but we found ourselves not wanting to leave the property anyway. Clam sanctuary is close by which is a must do. Beautiful spot! We’ll be back."

"Unfortunately we were only met with frustration/dissatisfaction and mostly disappointment Our room didn’t have hot water, we mentioned this everyday and only got it for one day which was the second day we stayed that was the best shower until we got back at the end to shower again and until every other day was just too cold hot water wasn’t working. After being out all day you just want to enjoy some hot water after coming back during the night. The shower also clogged up we mentioned this a couple times and we were told on the 3rd day by a staff member we were turning it on wrong I mean how should we know, my partner isn’t Samoan so by far this wasn’t good for him. Due to this we left the hotel after we couldn’t handle it no more. we didn’t ask for a refund for our last 2 nights we stayed there and there was just no other option besides the apologies from other staff members just had enough. Disappointed! Room 17 do not stay here. A few staff were lovely including the supervisor who’s Fijian and a couple who were hotel staff otherwise I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay there X "
