a great place to relax

a green estate on the bay saiananda was the best of the six places at which stayed on my trip it is on the bay, and you can see frigate birds gliding on updrafts. you can see the island on which there is the highest concentration of frigates in the South American Continent it is a relaxing place with no blaring TV from neighbors because there is no TV there is a meditation pagoda with three magnificent crystal singing bowls. the middle one is more than a foot in height there is a resident yoga instructor who is also an English teacher at a local school there is a very large tortoise, more than a meter from claw to fanny the burro behind the fence will find you boring there are dozens, plural, of peacocks on the grounds it is a great relaxing green retreat the kitchen is vegetarian. your breakfast fruit could be only 18 hours after harvest the tunnel is off limits

Tiene mucha naturaleza, vegetación, una vista maravillosa al mar ya que las suites están sobre el mar. Tiene lindos lugares para descansar y mirar el mar. Un lugar muy tranquilo a pocos minutos de Bahía de Caraquez.

Way over rated.

We were not welcomed. The woman checking us in seemed like she didn't want us there. She didn't tell us anything about the hotel, not when or where breakfast was, wifi password... The hotel is NOT where it shows it self on the map. It's way out of town. They have about 100 birds in cages. I'm not sure why you would need so many large birds in cages. We were finally told that breakfast was at 8. I went at 8:30 and waited till 8:51 for something, anything. Not a coffee or juice was brought, while a workers boy swong in a hammock eating a banana while kicking my chair. We left and went to the gas station down the street and was greeted and welcomed. Got juice, coffee, and some food with a smile at the gas station. Next time, I might stay over night at the gas station.

Para los amantes de la naturaleza

Un servicio muy gentil por parte de los duenos o managers. Bello lugar, respeto a la naturaleza. No es el sitio para personas que buscan un hotel con 100% de las cosas normales. Es mas para personas que aman la tranquilidad, naturaleza y animales. Lindo jardin con muchas frutas. Lo recomiendo y lo volveria a usar en el futuro

Nice and quiet hotel far from everything

The hotel is nice but far away from everything. If you aren't vegetarian, I wouldn't recommend it. Also, plants and animals could be in better condition.

Off the beaten track

Great staff, wonderful Owner, good and creative meals. Take advantage of lunch or dinner. Nice views from the deck. Stunning at one time but in need of lots of maintenance. All the birds in cages are a bit depressing. Excessive road noise in the "red" house. Check out the rooms first..some are very musty.
