"Extremely disappointing stay at Villa Rock Boutique Resort. This property advertises itself as a luxury boutique resort, but our experience was far from luxurious. The pool was out of service, which was one of the main amenities we were looking forward to using. The TV in the room did not work, the internet connection was unreliable and extremely slow, and the room safe repeatedly got stuck, making it frustrating to use.
