"I would strongly discourage anyone from staying at this hotel.
Our stay this past weekend was one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. The toilet in our room would not flush properly and repeatedly backed up, pushing toilet paper back into the bowl. When we reported the issue, members of the owner's family, who apparently live on-site, came to our room to try plunging it. The problem was never resolved.
While my teenage daughter was alone in the room with her friend, the owner's wife and two other female family members began questioning her about how many people were staying in the room. They then told her that if we complained about the toilet again, we would have to leave the hotel. This was completely inappropriate, especially considering she is a minor and was simply dealing with a room maintenance issue that was not our fault.
When my husband later spoke with the owner about both the broken toilet and the way his family had treated our daughter, he was frustrated and requested a refund if we were going to be forced to leave because of a plumbing issue caused by the hotel. Only then did the owner suddenly offer to move us to another room. It is concerning that this option was not offered immediately when the issue was first reported.
The customer service throughout our stay was rude, unprofessional, and unacceptable. No guest's child should ever be spoken to or treated the way our daughter was."
"Make sure if you are wanting a Pool or Hot Tub, this Inn does not have one. Some of the advertisements, show that they have one, but don't.
Hopefully you don't get a room that ajoins your room, with a noisy couple. Walls seem to be thin and you can hear everything all night long!
Rooms where nice and clean and comfortable. Breakfast was better than Continental Breakfast with microwaved cheese omelette and sausage.
Staff was somewhat helpful, until I complained about No pool and hot tub. It was worth the price...!"
"Check in was awful, the person at the desk was clearly confused kept telling me I was checking in for three nights when I only had one night booked. She couldn’t get the transaction through the credit card machine and kept blaming me, when she clearly didn’t know what she was doing. Very rude and unprofessional"
"For those that prefer hotels with great breakfast options, you will not be disappointed. The suite I was using had a lot of space and housekeeping came every other day to clean the room. Very Nice!!! 👍👍"
