"Very spacious suite, and since I had handicap room, the washroom and shower were large as well. The pool looked wonderful, do it's unfortunate that we didn't pack bathing suits. Breakfast was delicious and the menu for dinner looked great, with very reasonable prices. Located right across from St. Jacobs Country Playhouse and it's an easy walk to the Farmer's Market. 15 minute ride to Hildebrand Schoolhouse Theatre."

"Very accommodating staff. Room was spacious. Beds were comfortable. Relatively clean, but there were some areas that looked like they could use some refreshing: chipped paint in bathroom, wallpaper tear, hook coming loose in bathroom. Breakfast was complimentary but not as nice as other spots we've visited."

"Charming & clean room. Bright & cheery. Kimmie was a great host! She even loaned us blankets to sit outside by the outdoor fireplace at night. James & Kimmie provided a delicious breakfast that was fresh & tasty in the morning. Recommend to anyone!"

"Room was great, clean and had amazing view. Only negatives were waiting over 5 minutes in an empty lobby at night for someone to come give my keys and parking - the day of you apply for parking and after you already paid and booked the room it’s says parking isn’t guaranteed, then I had to remind them my parking was supposed to be included so I did t get charged."

"The hotel was okay. Nothing special about it. It is outdated, needs a remodel. Very old TV, furniture etc but it was the cheapest I found on a short notice trip and the AC was great, the room was clean, the breakfast was decent."

"The hotel has a modern decor that suggests a recent remodeling but to my disappointment my room had an outdated and weak AC that does NOT have a digital display to control the temp and speed only a dial with red/blue colors. The room also had a funky smell to it either from the OLD AC unit or something else. The AC really seems out of place from the modern style of the room. I stayed at a Quality Inn previous to this and the hotel had older style but their AC was modern and powerful."

"Had cold water showers for the duration of stay. And tv wasnt working. First time maintenance didnt know what to do and then the next day they fixed it but we could only use 1 channel"

"Nice appartment, nicely located. It however felt quite impersonal. Not only the kitchen was however minimally equipped but also messages from the hosts (although okay and professional) showed that it is managed by a company (or, at least, that was my feel). If you don't expect (or if you are trying to avoid) human interaction and if you are okay with sending copies of ID, then you will enjoy this very clean place."
