"Stayed for one night--good enough for one night but still lots of renovations in progress and unfinished details. Check-in staff nice but we discovered the wifi didn't work. Called desk and no one answered-- they did call back but after verification with the desk staff they were unsure and told us they would call us back -- they never called called to verify the correct password or working vs not. Room was cozy but met the needs for two people and what we needed. Not sure if there's a pool or...

"The place is broken down and unsafe: The entry to the rooms is broken so anyone can enter and my first floor window didn't securely lock and no stock so could have easily been entered. The room doors are in shambles. It was so sketchy i left before 3am in the dark and there were dudes sitting outside listening to music getting high."

"The gentleman who checked us in was SO helpful and friendly. The room was clean, the pool area was clean. The big pool was pretty cold but still fun once you got in and used to the water temp. the breakfast was running low by the time we got there in the morning but it was still delicious. Ill definitely recommend this place and stay again."

"The place was run down and actually a bit sketchy. We checked in and after about 10 minutes left the property to find another hotel. The staff was nice but whoever owns the property seems to be squeezing the money out and not putting any money back in. Lots of deferred maintenance, unclean, and honestly - it felt unsafe. "Staff was extremely rude!!!!!!! Didn’t have the room that I booked available!!! Wouldn’t change the room to something that would accommodate all of us. Go somewhere else!!!!"

"The outside was very in destress. The smell hits you when you get in, smells like cat urine. The knobs for automatic doors for handicap were broken. The AC didn’t work, the vent in the bathroom was dirty, the reception for the TV was spotty at best. The smell in the rooms were much better. The outlet that the fridge was plugged into was cracked, fire hazard. Came to this hotel because of a concert across the street, location was perfect. I guess location won’t be the reason I stay again."

"Long travel day with 3 kids. Arrived late. Booked on Expedia and messaged property ahead to let them know of arrival time. Front desk staff was horrendous and VERY put out by having to check me in (despite it being a 5 minute process). Reluctant to answer questions about breakfast and gym. Room was dirty and had a terrible smell. Tub had no plug and bathroom fan likely has mold. Morning staff member was VERY kind and pleasant, likely would’ve been a different experience had she checked us in...
