Good overall but rooms need renovating

The hotel lobby and communal area on the ground floor (co working space and breakfast area) have been recently renovated and look fresh and nice. Unfortunately the same can't be said for the rest of the hotels: rooms are tired and in need of the same refresh. Overall, the hotel is ok but it simply didn't live up to the standard we thought we'd find based on the pictures published on hotels.com

Ruidoso sin control por parte del Personal a la gente pague por 4 noches y pude usar el Spa y la piscina el último día de la cantidad de gente y los diodos , gritos , parecía un bar y eso es un lugar para relajarse una vergüenza , la Chica que está en el Spa no da a basto con todo parece un colegio con niños rebeldes porque no hay normas es suyas ni carteles de silencio es un horror , el Desayuno muy bueno pero no te dejan servirte te sirven ellos es asistido un poco raro yo quería más cantidad de huevos revueltos porque era un plato muy pequeño y me dijo que no

Es un hotel viejo refaccionado, con lo cual, por fotos parece nuevo pero tiene cosas de edificio viejo. La pileta interna tenía el agua muy sucia, con particulas visibles flotando y muy turbia. Si vas con un chico te dejan usarla hasta las 18hs nada más. Los ascensores son viejos, chicos, lentos y sin un sistema moderno. Las habitaciones son muy chicas y los baños también, duchador muy chico, el inodoro casi pegado a la pared. El desayuno, tenes que pedir cada pieza como si te las contaran. El agua del dispenser sale de bidon ivess pero tiene un gusto que parece rellenado con agua de la canilla. El estacionamiento es valet parking y con ascensor para autos, cada vez que quería salir tenía que esperar entre 5 y 10 minutos para que me traigan el auto. El ultimo día media hora despues del checkout me pude ir. No vuelvo a este hotel.

Hotel bem localizado, quarto tamanho normal, cama confortável, internet muito boa, banheiro grande porém local do banho bem pequeno e chuveiro não tem muita força. Café da manhã farto, com variedades e atendimento muito cordial. Piscina aquecida e spa um ponto alto e o ponho baixo não ter frigobar no quarto, faz muita falta. Deveriam ter ao menos uma máquina de gelo disponível para hóspedes.

Estabamos en habitación cuadruple, la disposición de los lavabos es incómoda, ya que hay que cruzar una de las habitaciones, molestar a los otros. Un detalle, la roseta de la ducha al ser tan grande no tiene la presión adecuada. Las tarjetas llave podrían dar más de una por habitación, para no molestar todo el tiempo. El desayuno es rico, café de cortecía también. La piscina está bien. Al estar bien ubicado el hotel es muy recomendable.

Me gustó la limpieza. No obstante, me llamó la atención que todos los días colocaban jabones nuevos cuando no hacía falta. Me gustó la sesión de masajes de 50 minutos a un precio muy accesible. Lo que NO me gustó de la propiedad es que se filtraba mucha luz a través de la puerta, lo cual molestaba para poder dormir. Necesito oscuridad para dormir y no la había en absoluto. Por último, el tamaño del baño era muy chico lo que no me permitió ducharme cómodamente.
