We decided on this resort for the direct access to the beach -we traveled with one person with limited mobility. It was never an issue, the restaurants and beach crew's were incredibly helpful, provided an amazing service with much respect and joy! I never seen this top service before! The food was a bit repetitive but was great quality, fresh and more than plenty! Last day, my daughter said “it feels hard to leave because it feels like home because we know them”. Thank you for this place and the incredible service!

Terrific Beach Vacation Spot for Families

Facilities and service were excellent. The food was varied and plentiful and some of it (baking, desserts) were truly outstanding. The live music and extensive children’s activities were very impressive. The children seemed to be having even more fun than the adults!

The property is clean and designed well. It's quiet and has many amenities. The road surrounding the property is a mess and the area is still being developed. That said Maragogi is beautiful. Clear blue water and awesome weather. The bad is getting to and from the property. Rent a car if you can or workout transport in advance.

Excellent from all aspects. Food, staff, activities, location. The room with view to the pool and beach is excellent. The property is super clean and cozy. We loved the shows with typical music from Brazil and Northeast region. Breakfast amazing!! Dinner amazing!! Will be back for sure.

We had a little mishap with our room at the beginning but was corrected. The infrastructure in the hotel is good, but it's right beside a construction site, so lot's of noise since early in the morning. Our room was across the linen closet, the cleaning ladies were so loud early in the morning as well, so no good sleep at all. The pool needs a good clean, specially where the sunloungers are. Congratulations to the chef, food is amazing at breakfast and dinner buffets. Overall it's a nice hotel. Needs to learn more about what Expedia is, their VIP perks and levels. No one at the reception knew nor heard about Expedia.

En ce qui nous concerne nous avions pour but de finir notre séjour dans un très bon hôtel et celui ci était ce qui sur le papier avait l’air de convenir. Malheureusement nous n’avons pas trouver que l’hôtel valait son prix. Les piscines étaient sales, pas d’entretien que ce soit le matin ou l’après midi elle est tjrs dans le même état et pourtant tout le monde est à la plage. Les buffet bon c’est un buffet rien de plus à dire. Les animateurs très gentil mais leurs costumes, matériel animations sont très bas de gamme ce que je ne trouve pas approprié pr un hôtel de ce standing.la chambre en elle mm était bof par rapport à d’autre hôtel moins cher, Par contre elles étaient propres et linge changés. Le gros point positif c’est vraiment la plage qui est magnifique et à 20 min à pied par la plage de caminho de moises

A comida poderia ser melhor. Por exemplo, o churrasco é de qualidade muito baixa, não deve servi-lo por buffet. Pelo valor que uma pessoa paga para ficar no Resort, deveria ser de melhor qualidade. Mas o resort e o atendimento foi perfeito

Hotel de excelente qualidade, comida maravilhosa, sobremesas espetaculares! O único detalhe é com relação a piscinas: Nossa viagem foi no final de julho e nessa época venta frio e chove, ou seja, não deu para aproveitar a piscina do hotel, pois, não tem nenhum tratamento da água para quebrar o "frio". Questionamos a recepção do hotel sobre isso e a unica coisa que disseram que lá é muito quente e não precisa disso. Pode até ser em algumas partes do ano, mas a realidade é que estava frio e não aproveitamos o hotel como gostariamos.

Quarto com bom tamanho, mas o banheiro é muito apertado para um hotel de praia. Alimentação no buffet e no la carte são ótimas e com variedade para agradar todos os gostos. Frutas sempre frescas e doces em todos os cafés e jantares, assim como as verduras nos jantares. Oferecem serviços de caiaque e bike na praia em cortesia aos hóspedes. Talvez importante revisar a forma como funcionários recolhem os pratos das mesas no restaurante e as cadeiras de praia espalhando areia nos objetos dos hóspedes.

La ubicación y el acceso a la mejor playa de maragogí Antunes. El tamaño del hotel tipo boutique lo hace muy agradable. Lo q se traduce en q no hay esperas en restaurant, acceso a servicios, reposteras, es un hotel muy familiar ideal para viajeros con hijos pequeños. Si tuviese q hacer una crítica somo sería q el personal debiese hablar a lo menos español e inglés. Lo demás perfecto. Tuve la fortuna q se me realizó un upgrade por mi categoría a una habitación con vista al mar lo q mejoró la experiencia un 100%. Recomendable absolutamente.
