"What a great group of friendly staff! From arriving at the train station to be met by Ruben who took care of the luggage, got us into the bus and by the time we were up at the hotel our bags were ready for us. Upon arrival we were greeted by Anthony "our shaman". Took care of every detail and gave us a lot of historical information. Have to say everyone from the front desk to the restaurant and bar were excellent and made our (short) stay worth it. Thanks to all!"

"We loved our stay at this place. The steps to get up to the hotel is intimidating but there is a secret elevator that can take you up most of the way through Gringo Bill hotel (learn to use this, very important). The hotel is situated on the hills right above the main square so very convenient once you get down. The room was very nice with good hot shower and water pressure. I would definitely consider staying here again on future trip. We did not have the breakfast but it look very basic."

"This is one of the best properties me and my husband have stayed at. We loved the tranquility of the property and being in nature surrounded by lush beauty, a vast array of birds, the sounds of heaven, and in the womb of Pacha Mama. The food and service were excellent as well. We would definitely stay here again. Lovely!"
