"Great place for a quick visit. The tub was very loud in our room on the third flood. Every time you moved in the shower it creaked very loudly."

"The room was descent. The bathroom wasn't the cleanest. The bathtub had some kind of debris in it. THE guy at the front desk was not friendly but not mean. The hotel is old but okay for an over night stay. I would not stay more than one night."

Wendy’s to the right of the hotel so you could walk there as well. Would recommend it if you are going to be in Prattville!"

"Booked this room for a member of our team. When he arrived he found blood on the bed linens of one bed and hair in the bed linens of the other. The staff offered another room but he decided to stay somewhere different. In their correspondence with me they stated that this person “was looking for a high end hotel” and I took exception to that bc no one expects blood and hair in their bed linens regardless of amenity expectations. I finally got my refund through Expedia."

"No coffee maker in room. Only had decaf coffee in lobby. Staff said was they were expecting a delivery truck but why not have extra or pick up some coffee grounds from a local store. Slept hot ac thermostat was set to 65 but was more like 75."

"The front desk service was great, the rooms are clean, and the family enjoyed the breakfast. The area feels safe and is a great place to walk the dog. The exhaust fan in the bathroom wasnt working and body wash needed refilled, room was for 4-6 people but their were only 3 sets of towels The TV in the sitting wasn't connecting to DirecTV for our kids. "Im sorry to say I ended up sleeping in a chair. I booked thru expedia and then called the motel directly to double check that I would have a wheelchair accessible room. Yes, the desk clerk said. The bed was at least a foot higher than my wheelchair seat, and there was no way I could transfer to the bed. Why are motels putting these new higher beds in what are supposed to be accessible rooms? "I really loved this hotel. The staff was amazing! They were so kind and helpful. They were understanding and kind when I had an issue at checkout time. Then property was well maintained. Whatever I needed from housekeeping was provided. They have a cute outdoor area, where you can bbq or just sit outside, next to the pool, which is open. Breakfast was lovely. You can make fresh waffles in the waffle maker they have. They have plenty of different breakfast items to choose from. I really enjoyed...
