"For the price that you are paying the place is clean and is in a great condition, but when we asked for cleaning the room, they didn’t change the sheets. Also, they started working constructions 7 AM in front of our room which was very unpleasant. It’s in a car shop areas but all in all I would recommend it for the price and for its cleanliness."

"The property was clean and in a decent location. Pro’s - great staff, could walk to Old Montreal, tons of restaurants a few blocks away, the apartment was clean, it was a decent size, everything worked. Con’s - furniture in condo very small and not very comfortable, no balcony furniture, air conditioner cools the living room, but not the bedroom even with air exchanger on, ‘queen’ bed (mattress on platform) very small, more like a double. No daily maid service. Over all - a decent place to stay"

"This place is an alright stay if you’re just passing through town and looking for the bare minimum. It was quiet through the night, the room smelt normal, the bed was comfortable, the fridge was working, both hot and cold water plus shower and bath were working just fine. Appearance wise it’s not the most appealing since there are stains on the bedsheets, curtains and carpet. It looks quite outdated but it’s not a bad place overall, basically you get what you pay for."
