"3 out of the 6 rooms we booked for our party had issues with the AC. We had to sleep in a room that showed the temp to be 27.5 degree heat!!! Wholly unacceptable given the high price point for the suite we booked. The service recovery offered was a bottle of hand cream - again insulting!"
