Unfortunately, our email was misrouted to one of their partner companies, which failed to forward it. There was no dining availability at the hotel when we arrived. "Hotel management was aware that there is an annual outdoor theatrical performance directly adjacent to the hotel that runs from 22:00-00:30 for a number of days. It was so incredibly loud. Hotel management should have notified guests ahead of time and at least provided earplugs. I had a long day of travel and an early morning appointment. When I called that hotel staff that night and spoke with them the following morning at checkout they made me feel like the problem. That’s not hospitality!...

"We had a friendly greeting on arrival and our room was very clean and the bed comfortable with crisp white bedding. Nice modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. The hotel is ideally located for visiting the town and one of the main squares is outside the building. Unfortunately, despite the windows being triple glazed, the noise from outside was loud. We would have enjoyed dinner at the hotel but the restaurant was closed that evening."
