"The staff at Zabel are absolutely amazing—they genuinely try to make your stay comfortable. That said, getting to the hotel is no joke: there are a ton of stairs. With six suitcases, it was exhausting, and honestly, had we not already made the trip down, we probably would have canceled and chosen a hotel on the street instead.
