It's a town cut in half. Very shabby front but a very trendy and interesting old town with quirky shops and lots of different places to eat. The Turner gallery was a disappointment content wise but it's free so can't complain too much.

Lovely to see Margate, parts looking quite tired but great little gems. Visited Haeckles for lush toilets Turner exhibition Angela's for a lunch Pearly Cow and Buoy and Oyster for evening meals The off licence for a drink

A great seaside place, it was a shame it wasn't sunnier but the shops and pubs make up for it. It a very quirky, creative place to visit.
