"We had a 2 night staycation and it was delightful. Our reason for going there was mainly because of the resort-like atmosphere of the outdoor heated pool and it did not disappoint. If you're looking for a tropical-like atmosphere in a lively setting, especially at night, this is the place! The pool opens at 6:30 a.m. and closes at 11 p.m. in the summer. It even has an outdoor bar where you can be served lunch by the pool How perfect is that?The lush rooftop gardens with ducks inhabiting the streams and ponds were magical. Our renovated room overlooking the pool was spacious, comfortable and super clean. The restaurant and poolside staff were super friendly and helpful. The only negative is the hotel check-in and check-out staff. I found them to be very impersonal and impatient. However, when I complained about the location of the room, one of them quickly found us a room to our liking.
All in all, a memorable experience which will keep us going back."
