"Filthy, broken safety latches, mildew, uncleaned everything, trash everywhere outside. I know its motel 6 and they have become absolute crap over the years, but this one was just disgusting"

"When making the reservation we made it a point to be sure that they knew my grandmother was 89 and handicapped, we still received a room on the second floor and then one of rooms were locked so they gave us another room and even though it was a non smoking room it reeked of cigarettes. "

I didn't feel comfortable walking on the floor without my shoes on. The only reason we stayed is because the mattress was not stained when I looked and it was late and we were sovtired that driving more was not an option. Got back on the road after a few hours of sleep "

"I was Checked into an occupied room when I arrived at 11:30pm. When I went back down to the front desk I received no apology from the clerk (male) he just said oh I’ll give you the room next door. Not an appropriate response "

"Elevator did not work…only no smoking room on second floor…remote would not turn on TV…only saving grace about our stay was breakfast buffet was good…the new name for this motel?….the “Never Again” Motel"

"The hotel and service was average. The free breakfast was not that great but manageable. The room that was issued to me was very smelly it was the smell of urine. Although, I must say that the bed, bathroom, and floors were clean. And, they did give us a 3/4 can of air freshener! lol"
