"The tv didnt work most of the time we were there. The floor was dirty. (We spilled a little water on the floor and wiped it up with a towel. The towel was a dark brown from all the dirt on the floor). The elevators seemed like they needed some work, very loud and shakey. The staff was nice enough. We didnt have much interaction with them. "

"Great customer service, breakfast is basic hotel breakfast, not much to choose from, the room was as ok, upon entering it had a weird smell, the blind were broken and wouldnt open, the shower head was also broken and spraying onto the roof when on, Definitely needs some attention but the beds were super comfortable! "

"This was my first time staying at this hotel and it will NOT be my last!!!! The hotel was beautiful! The staff was so helpful especially MIRELA. Such a great spirit. The rooms are very spacious and clean. Definitely worth the money!"
