"Well appointed, clean hotel in a great location. Bar opening times were limited but maybe the middle of May is too early in the season. Reception staff answered the questions asked but could be more proactive eg providing the wifi code and a local street map upon arrival without being asked. The outdoor sun terrace and open seated on the first floor were great spaces to socialize."

"Es ist nie im Leben ein 4 Sterne Hotel, Parkplätze wenn man Glück hat, bekommt man einen von sechs vor der Tür. kein Personal vor Ort, dadurch Schwierigkeiten beim Check in. Kein Fahrstuhl im Hotel, wir mussten unsere schweren Koffer 3 Etagen hoch schleppen. Das Zimmer maximal 1 Stern Komfort, zwei Steckdosen gefunden, billiges Linoleum im Bad (Fliesenatrappe) Matratzen katastrophal. Frühstück war der blanke Albtraum, trockene Brötchen, keine Butter, kein Aufschnitt, nur bisschen abgepackte...

"Even though the hotel is quite new and really clean. However due to usage some areas need’s some maintenance and updates. Spa are is really nice, clean and relaxing. Breakfast has lots of choices. Staff is very helpful across the hotel. Even though we had some issues with the room, staff went extra mile to resolve it."

"Clean room, nicely decorated, good facilities, comfy bed. Also well located for the Akropolis shopping centre and the main shopping street. Not sure about the door entry system where you need to phone a number and it automatically opens the door when it connects. Also I kept banging my head in the toilet on a cabinet that juts out above the toilet bowl. Not very well designed for tall people. I have quite a big scrape on my head that was bleeding and is now scabbed over."
