"Such a welcoming place. Staff were fantastic upon arrival and throughout. Room exactly as advertised, perfect. Restaurants, private beach, beach bar and pool all outstanding. A beautiful resort, within walking distance of Ladispoli centre and only 30 minutes or so away from Roma. Highly recommended."

"The communication with this property was bad. No one would respond to my messages, so I phoned , and no one spoke English. I tried to call again and they hung up. My flight was delayed and I could not get to stay at this accomm as I did not know if they would be there to let me in. With no other instructions sent , I had to book another luckily, fantastic room just a few minutes from the airport. They picked me up and included breakfast what a relief as a solo traveller. But of course I am out of pocket because it would have been 11.30pm before I would have checked in if I had gone to this original location miles out of the city. So my review is only for the staff, lack of whats app or phone and email communications. Poor. "
