"This was a superb little gem of a property that was right on the beach. The owner was super nice and the room was very clean and comfortable, and breakfast was super! We'd stay here again in a heartbeat!"

"Reasonably modern hotel in the centre of Modica with easy pedestrian access to all the sights. Simple check, clean and comfortable room, on site (across the road) secure overnight parking, decent swimming pool, nice breakfast. Everything was just as it should be."

Highly recommend adding on breakfast - high quality buffet with countless choices and barista making coffee drink of your choice. Note that the pool is not heated therefore could not swim beginning of June. Gym is scarcely equipped, would not count on using it. "LOVELY STAY, MAIN DOWNSIDE WAS FOOD AT THE EVENING BUFFET THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN SERVED HOT WAS NOT KEPT HOT AT ALL, FOR EXAMPLE POTATO CROQUETTES AND FRIED POTATOES. NO CHOICE OF MEAT FOR MEAT EATERS, PORK OR NOTHING UNLESS YOU ASKED SPECIFICALLY. FISH LOVERS AND VEGETARIANS WELL CATERED FOR. "
