"The staff was excellent and helpful, they went out of their way to help us find transportation. Our sole visit to the area was to visit Il Giardino dei Tarocchi (Tarot Garden) and the hotel staff did everything they could do to help us have a wonderful visit, which we did. Rummet var rent och snyggt, balkongen var innätad (kan bero på duvorna) och gav inte en inbjudande känsla. Frukosten var okej och hade ett bra utbud!"

"Would not let us check in. We called three separate times first letting him know we would be late due to traffic but he would not take the time to listen, he hung up on is every time. Got to the property to try to talk in person and wouldn’t even answer the intercom. Very rude, we were prepared to get charged for late check in too but didn’t make it in the door and had to drive all over to find another place to stay at 10pm. Luckily key club helped us and very friendly 10 mins away. "
