"Pagar vista al mar es un robo, la vista es totalmente diferente a lo que muestran en fotos, lo que ves es una construcción y el mar muy pero muy lejos, había insectos en el cuarto y el internet nunca funcionó, y el televisor no tenía canales nacionales, ósea no tenían cable, un hotel muy costoso con muy mal servicio, dijeron que lo iban a arreglar y nunca lo arreglaron, no pierdas tu dinero en este hotel de tan mal servicio."

"Excelente ubicación, comida restaurantes y desayuno 💯 solo algunos aspectos a mejorar ; el área de la piscina no lo abren si llueve , entonces no hay nada más para hacer en el hotel , el jacuzzi no lo pudimos usar por qué es solo para eventos especiales y por último me hubiera gustado desayunar al aire libre o tomarme un café , pero el lugar lo abren 9 am y yo iba al restaurante desde las 7 am , no podía esperar 2 horas . Entonces si madrugas debes desayunar en un restaurante cerrado"

"We enjoyed the stay at the hotel. There is staff to help set up tours and were very friendly. We appreciated that the hotel lets you borrow towels for the beach. The pool needed a bit of maintenance but having the beach so close, we were only there for a bit one afternoon. Would recommend."

"For a hostel it was a great stay. I stayed on week days so there was absolutely no music during the night like other reviews have mentioned. There was only one other guest in the room, so pretty quite almost all the time when in the room. Plenty of showers and toilets. Near everything pretty much. 32 minute walk from airport if you don't feel like paying a taxi. Just FYI, there's no Uber on the island."

"First the check in staff was terrible. They treated us horribly and were not very helpful when some issues with Expedia and their hotel happened for reservations. After that the troubles only increased. The property advertises as All inclusive however no drinks apart from beer and the food was only buffet. Both were terrible. The service at the pool is also horrible. No one pays attention and to even get anything is ridiculous impossible. This is 0 star forget 5 star hotel! Never would go here...

"Most of the staff was ok. It rained really bad, and my room got flooded. There was no staff at night, so I had 2 clean it myself... on vacation.. on my bday week. I had a friend that could have helped me, but unless they're staying wu, they dont allow them up (I mean really?!) Breakfast was ok, but ur only allowed 2 eggs... I am on a special diet, and I dont eat simple carbs... all i asked 4 was 1 addition egg 4 my omelet. I mean, really?!! I spoke w the manager... and still nothing. So.. I...

"I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay. I had stayed at this location before and enjoyed it, but this experience was completely unacceptable from start to finish. The first issue happened at check-in when staff gave my fiancé a difficult time checking in. Things only got worse from there. On Friday night, there was no hot water. I attempted to address the issue with staff, but no one seemed to care or provide any meaningful assistance. Unfortunately, the hot water issue continued...
