"Hotel is new. Great to be out of the city as we were exploring the surrounding areas.
Check-in staff were knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Check out was likewise very easy.
No problem getting a park underneath.
We ate at the restaurant twice and rooftop bar - great views. Food was fantastic.
The Wait Staff were coping with high volumes of people and doing as good a job as possible. Friendly, but couldn't answer questions, didn't know the menu, but what was truly awful was their managers....

"Hard to sleep throughout the noise due to something in the room or building being loud (my aircon was off so wasn't that like I thought it was). There is no on-site staff. I was sent to the wrong room upon checkin, my code wasn't working, so had to ring to find out why only to be told wrong room. No information provided on amentities where thry were located and the carpark situation unless I contacted the hotel. "the Hotel is more like a motel with separate buildings behind the reception. However, design is modern, almost like a small resort, and great access to parking and to the main street of Hahndorf. The rooms are a good size and the bed is super comfy. One thing I am particular about is a good sized towel and their towels were bug and fluffy.. The rooms have a fridge, sink and tea/coffee which you dont really need given the great coffee in the area. Would totally stay here again"

"Room was fantastic, and bed was super comfy. Only complaint was that we found out we were near where the pub drops its recycling when we were woken up by the sound of glass being placed in the recycling bin at 6am. But I guess someone has to be near that side of the venue, and the stay was otherwise lovely.
Breakfast was great too - way more than I could eat!
Definitely recommend the hotel."

"What a beautiful hotel, we had a fantastic stay. Exactly what you want in a lovely historic old hotel in a fantastic location in the Adelaide Hills.
