The hotel during our stay was very quiet. The rooms were very clean and spacious. There was a large sitting area for breakfast. The truck with some of the food choices for their breakfast bar had not arrived so the options were apparently more limited than usual. They did have continental breakfast items, including cereal, toast, bagels, and waffles, which was fine with us.

The room was great. The steam was great. Most of the staff was very nice. One of the two kitchen people are rude and made comments about people eating and was just very rude there was 2 hours of breakfast left, and she was making comments like I'm not putting no more food out there. This ain't and all you can eat buffet.And the lady was just making her and her husband a plate, and she only had one eye, and that lady was very rude to her

The good is that the room was very clean and in good shape. However, the bed was hard as a rock. Ive hurt less after spending a night im my car or in the airport. The a "award winning breakfast" was also pretty sparse. I will not be staying at any best western properties in the future.

The room was clean and the staff were absolutely amazing. Very very customer service oriented however, the breakfast was pretty meager . The pool was cold and the workout room the treadmill wasn’t working.. and the only other option they had was a bike and some weights so not a lot. You can tell they’re under construction and they’re trying to make the place look better so that’s good.

I had an issue with the staff I paid with a debit card which paid for the room when it ran the first time and they continued to try to run my card several times I even showed them the receipt that was emailed to me and showed that the money was taken off the card and they continued to try to run my card.

I had a lovely stay and was very pleased with the quality of my accommodations and the truly friendly staff. I didn't eat breakfast at the hotel, so I cannot rate that portion of my survey. Should I travel to Marion again I will certainly stay at Comfort Inn and Suites. I highly recommend it. Definitely worth it.

I appreciate that The staff were not being overbearing. They were very polite and helpful. I had several children for my daughter’s birthday sleepover and they got pretty rowdy but nobody was rude about it. The breakfast was excellent and the room was clean.

Over all comfortable but needs a few improvements.

We stayed in an accessible king room with walk in shower. I love that the hotel offers this type of room. I was disappointed that the shower and bathroom had no grab bars. Also you had to stand in shower and turn on water. You either had to stand in corner of shower until water got to correct temperature or stand under the shower with cold water until it warmed up. Also outlets on lamp were very loose and my CPAP machine kept coming unplugged in middle of night.
