"From the moment we arrived the staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. We arrived late but the receptionist took time to show local sites and amenities on the map and recommended things to do. The room was clean and large, the bed comfy and there was a little balcony for a morning coffee or after dinner drink. Breakfast was good and pretty reasonable - a few days we skipped it to explore local options instead. The hotel has a pleasant outdoor terrace where you can take breakfast, chill in...

It was during a heat wave in high 30’s when we stayed and we would have liked to be able to turn up the air conditioning in our room to a higher level, but that was a small issue. "This is a small apartment about 15 minute walk from the Porta Nuova train station and the very elegant city centre parade. Maria is very friendly and helpful. Spotless clean and well equipped. Very central for touring the city. The room had little natural sunlight. No couch or arm chair but otherwise very comfortable."
