"Check in/check out was a breeze. Staff were courteous and professional. The rooms were spacious, clean and ready for us. The restaurants has pretty good food and variety choices except the Mexican style restaurant in the beach. Their sizzling plates were dry and doesn't taste good. Needs improvement on the part.
Transportation to the property is the easiest if you don't have your own vehicle or rent a vehicle. There are no other stores to buy stuff that you may have forgot but the Kultura inside the hotel.
The whole place is really nice for a great family vacation. We were there Tuesday to Thursday. So, it might be different on the weekends where there are a lot of people. I heard there's a line in almost all the activities on the weekends."
