Great breakfast, friendly staff. Very good bar.

You need the frequent buses which will take you to Friedrichshafen at around 15 mph in the bus lanes. DO NOT TRY TO DRIVE INTO THE TOWN! You can not comfortably walk the 5km to the centre and you will find it hugely stressful to try and drive/park.

The room was spacious with two full length windows facing outwards to the front of the property. The bathroom had a modern walk in shower that was easy to use. Beds were comfortable, and room had a large wardrobe, fridge, television and a safe. It was over 36 deg outside and there was no air conditioning in the room. A large fan was in the room and it was running constantly while we were there. It helped a bit ! The restaurant was excellent with a good menu and wide selection of drinks. ...

Clean, modern hotel :)

Excellent staff always wiling to assist. Outstanding quality of fittings in the room and the breakfast really catered well for a wide variety of preferences. Definitely recommended and will use again if the chance presents itself.

Great place to stay, my fouth trip :-)

This hotel is perfect for visiting an exhibition at the Messe or for travelling around the Bodensee.m Lovely wee place with excellent service and comfortable rooms.

Set in beautiful, private gardens opening on to the lake, and very close to Konstanz old town. Large rooms newly fitted out to a very high standard and the pool is equally good. The staff were excellent - very welcoming. Highly recommended!

Easy parking, nice breakfast, safe place

No cheap - but this is Switzerland after all. Good quality, modern hotel with good virws of the lake and balcony. Our personal problem was we cycled to it. We should have hired electric powered bikes!

We have stayed here several.times now and as always it was exactly as expected friendly staff good food and an ideal location for our o ward travels

We found the Hotel Viva Sky to be well sited for sightseeing and travelling around by boat on the lake. It was a lovely place to stay, with themed room designs (we were in ‘Japan’), but with a rather quirky layout, which involved the use of two lifts and with the reception on the 8th floor. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast buffet was extremely good.
