"Absolutely dreadful stay at Bosworth Hotel & Spa. From the moment we arrived, the service was poor. The staff on reception were unhelpful and provided virtually no information at check-in. We had to ask where our room was, and nobody mentioned important details such as check-out times or hotel facilities. ..."
