"Staff very pleasant and welcoming. This hotel certainly shows its age, very somber, gloomy, old carpet. Main lamp not working, went to front desk for new bulb, it turned out the lamp itself not working, brought it to staff’s attention. As mentioned, very clean room. Would consider to return but with updated carpets, fresh light-coloured paint, fresher look to this hotel."

"Check in was quick and easy. Good room(clean, accessibly close to stairs, had a microwave and fridge, complimentary coffee and tea, etc) our flight left too earlier than breakfast was being served so i didnt get to try that. Parking was easy m. I had to use the business centre to print some of my trip stuff but the printer wasnt working , the attendant at the desk was so nice he offered to print them off for me no problem. All the staff I encountered were friendly and efficient. No complaints at...

"I was really excited to stay at this hotel with my two young children. I read the reviews and amenities, and figured it would be a great spot for us to stay before our flight back home to BC. Unfortunately, the experience fell flat. When we arrived at the hotel, the pool was cold. I do believe they were working on the heat, but there were no signs or information provided about this. One major reason we chose this hotel was because of the pool, unfortunately there is not hot tub.
