"We booked the room with 2 queen beds. Room was very clean despite old property. Breakfast was very good and hearty. Elevator was broken for a month now. Beds very comfy and we had a really good night’s sleep after 15hrs drive."

"The room was clean and had plenty of space. The pool was closed and then reopened but then closed again. There is no hot tub on the property as shown in pictures. Breakfast was ok and the pancake machine was not functioning."

"We booked at this hotel so my grand daughter could have a pool to swim in and we checked in and discovered the pool is closed. No where online or on the website does it state the pool is under construction. Also, the air in our suite bedroom did not work and we were told sorry we are full cannot help you. The service in this place is horrible and I would not recommend it to anyone!!!"

"We thought that breakfast was included, but we were told when we tried to enter the breakfast room that there would be a $20 charge. This wasn't my understanding when we booked the room, but I didn't want to investigate.

"The hotel was good overall, and I would stay there again. However, the “hot” pool was not actually hot — it was only slightly warm. I also had a negative experience with one of the staff members when I asked if they could open the door between the hotel and the garage. She responded rudely and pointed out that there was a sign saying the door was out of service."
