Reklamation am Anreisetag mit Expedia telefonisch nur auf Englisch möglich!! 1. Alle Reißverschlüsse an den Bettbezügen waren kaputt.1 Kopfkissen hatte Blutflecken !!! Das geht nicht!!! 2. "This hotel is Michelin star hotel, and it was fabulous. Excellent location!! The room was incredibly beautiful and clean, huge bathroom, and very comfortable bed with fluffy pillows! The staff was incredibly helpful and nice. I really recommend this hotel and would love to come back again soon. Augsburg is so pretty!!"
